This is a federal program operated by individual states and is designed to develop biking and hiking trails in local communities. There are many opportunities to use this valuable program and funds can be used to enhance or construct small or large trails in communities or in off road environments. Larry Kinlaw & Associates has eight years of experience in developing and operating this valuable program.
